Konjo Sverige AB ansvarar för behandlingen av dina personuppgifter inom appen Konjo (paket-ID: se.konjo.app).

2. Vilka uppgifter samlar vi in?
- Telefonnummer – används för inloggning via OTP-kod.
- GPS-position – används för att visa din position på kartan och för att starta/avsluta uthyrningar.
- Kamerabilder (QR-kod) – kameran används enbart för att skanna QR-koden på en sparkcykel. Inga bilder sparas eller skickas till servern.
- Betalningsuppgifter – hanteras av Stripe. Vi lagrar aldrig kortuppgifter i våra system.
- Enhets-token för push-notiser – används för att skicka aviseringar om start/slut på uthyrning.
3. Kameraåtkomst
Appen begär åtkomst till kameran uteslutande för att läsa QR-koder som identifierar sparkcyklar. Kameran aktiveras enbart när du trycker på "Skanna QR-kod". Ingen bild lagras, analyseras eller skickas vidare.
4. Hur länge sparar vi uppgifterna?
- Körhistorik och transaktionsuppgifter: 3 år (krav enligt bokföringslagen).
- GPS-position kopplas till avslutad resa och raderas automatiskt efter 12 månader.
- Push-token: sparas tills du avinstallerar appen eller loggar ut.
5. Delning med tredje part
- Stripe Inc. – betalningshantering.
- Google Firebase – push-notiser (FCM).
- Mapbox – kartrendering (position delas enbart lokalt i appen).
Vi säljer aldrig dina personuppgifter till tredje part.
6. Dina rättigheter (GDPR)

7. Ändringar
Vi kan uppdatera denna policy. Datum för senaste uppdatering visas längst upp. Fortsatt användning efter uppdatering innebär att du godkänner den nya policyn.

2. What data do we collect?
- Phone number – used for login via OTP code.
- GPS location – used to show your position on the map and to start/end rentals.
- Camera (QR code scanning) – the camera is used only to scan the QR code on a scooter. No images are saved or transmitted to our servers.
- Payment information – handled by Stripe. We never store card details in our systems.
- Device push token – used to send notifications about rental start/end.
3. Camera Access
The app requests camera permission exclusively to read QR codes that identify scooters. The camera is activated only when you tap "Scan QR code". No image is stored, analysed, or transmitted.
4. How long do we retain data?
- Ride history and transaction data: 3 years (statutory accounting requirement).
- GPS position is linked to a completed ride and deleted automatically after 12 months.
- Push token: retained until you uninstall the app or log out.
5. Third-party sharing
- Stripe Inc. – payment processing.
- Google Firebase – push notifications (FCM).
- Mapbox – map rendering (location is only shared locally within the app).
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us at info@konjo.se.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
8. How to request account deletion
If you want to delete your Konjo account, you have two options:
- From the app: open Settings → Profile → Delete account and follow the confirmation steps. This triggers immediate soft-deletion and invalidates all active sessions.
- By email: send a message from the email address registered to your account or include your phone number to info@konjo.se with the subject Delete my Konjo account. We will process your request within 7 working days.
What will be removed: phone number (replaced with a pseudonym), email, full name, Stripe customer references (detached), and any personally-identifying information stored in your profile. Your ride history and transaction records required for accounting are retained as described below.
What may be retained: anonymised ride statistics and accounting transaction records (legal retention: up to 3 years). GPS traces linked to rides are removed after 12 months. We keep minimal anonymised aggregates for internal analytics.
